Over 25 years of experience across multinational operations have given me a deep understanding of governance compliance and innovation
in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

My career began in banking and then diverted into technology. Returning back to banking over 10 years ago with a focus on legal and regulatory investigations, working on cross-jurisdictional projects that required meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Today, as Executive Director of Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Ethics in the Group Chief Data Office, I build on this foundation, balancing innovation and safety by ensuring that AI is deployed safely and responsibly.

What excites me most is guiding businesses in navigating the complexities of AI governance—creating frameworks that protect organizations while enabling AI to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

I’ve worked across legal, compliance, and technology, allowing me to approach AI governance from a holistic perspective to ensure that our solutions not only meet regulatory standards but are trusted by both employees and clients.

Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I’m committed to fostering AI literacy and empowering teams to use AI tools responsibly. My passion for Diversity and Inclusion extends to my involvement in local and global councils, where I advocate for accessibility and financial literacy, particularly for individuals with disabilities and children.

Throughout my career, I’ve thrived in building high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders to take the right course of action, even when the path is challenging. At the core of my work is a commitment to ensuring that the future of AI serves both business goals and the greater good, balancing progress with the ethical and responsible use of technology.
